Burns clean and evenly with a steady flame. Alder lights easily, produces reliable heat and is a great choice for fireplaces, fire pits and wood-fired cooking.

MAPLE

A dense hardwood that burns hot and lasts longer. Maple is ideal when you want strong, consistent heat with a slower, more efficient burn

BIRCH

Burns hot and slowly with a pleasant natural aroma. Apple wood is especially popular for wood-fired cooking because it produces steady heat and adds a subtle flavour to food.

QUALITY WOOD MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

Our firewood is split into approximately 4–6 inch pieces and cut to approximately 14–16 inches in length, making it ideal for fireplaces, wood stoves and commercial wood-burning ovens.

After splitting, our wood is stacked and naturally cured in specially designed solar-heated shelters.

The wood is dried until its moisture content is below 20%, a process that can take approximately eight months.
